Environment (Miscellaneous) Amendments (EU Exit) Regulations 2020

The Chairperson (Mr McAleer): We will move on to the Environment (Miscellaneous) Amendments (EU Exit) Regulations 2020. We have not received papers for this SI and therefore cannot consider it.

The Department briefed the Committee on this SI at last week's meeting. It has been laid in Westminster today, therefore it is just for us to note. Is that OK?
