Comprehensive Animal Welfare Bill
That this Assembly calls on the Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development to introduce a new and comprehensive Animal Welfare Bill which includes provisions specifically prohibiting wild animals in circuses, the hunting of animals with dogs, the use of electronic dog collars and the use of snares.
