Question:
To ask the Minister of Education to detail the current number of Governor vacancies in each post-primary school.

Answer:

My Department does not hold the information requested. Much of it will have to be requested from schools via the Education & Library Boards and the Council for Catholic Maintained Schools. This will be done but I recognise that schools may not be in a position to respond during the holiday period so it may take some months before the full information is available. I will arrange for the information to be placed in the Assembly Library as soon as it is available.
