Question:
To ask the Minister of Justice, from 2000 to date, to detail (i) whether any Northern Ireland Prison Service staff were dismissed for gross misconduct and later granted ill-health retirement on the recommendation of the Prison Service; (ii) the date of each dismissal and retirement; (iii) the nature of the gross misconduct; (iv) any criminal convictions, court proceedings or informal police action taken as a result; and (v) the level of staff involved in each case.
