To ask the Minister for Regional Development for his assessment of whether the Highway Code is adequately providing for cyclists and other road users.

Statutory responsibility for the Highway Code in Northern Ireland rests with the Department of the Environment (Article 51 of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1995.
