To ask the Minister for Employment and Learning to detail how many public consultations his Department has carried out since 2007, broken down by issue; and to detail the number of responses received per consultation.

Answer:

A total of 42 public consultations have been undertaken by my Department since 2007 and a total of 1,447 responses were received. I have placed a detailed breakdown of responses in the Assembly Library and on the DEL website on http://www.delni.gov.uk/.
