To ask the Minister of Justice to provide copies of all correspondence between his Department and the Police Federation of Northern Ireland in relation to police pensions.

Answer:

Copies of all correspondence between my Department and the Police Federation of Northern Ireland in relation to the new police pension scheme have been placed in the Assembly Library. Names of junior officials have been redacted under Section 38 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
