To ask the Minister for Social Development to detail the discount value of property sold by the Housing Executive to sitting tenants in the last three years.

Answer:

The Housing Executive has advised that the discount value of property sold to sitting tenants in the last three years (2012/13 – 2014/15) was £21.8m.
