To ask the Minister for Social Development, pursuant to AQW 41683/11-15, for an update on the review of the Supporting People Policy and Legislative Framework; and the expected date of publication.

Answer:

My Department is currently carrying out a review of the Supporting People programme, including its policy and legislative framework. The evidence gathering phase of the review has now been completed and the emerging findings are currently being analysed. A final report with recommendations will be produced in the Autumn which will identify the future direction of the programme.
