To ask the Minister for Communities how many of the 25,150 complaints of dampness made to the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in the last four years cited a lack of or inadequate cavity wall insulation as a factor.

Answer:

The Housing Executive has advised that it has no record of complaints of dampness where lack of, or inadequate, cavity wall insulation has been a factor.
