Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities how many houses have had cavity wall borescope inspections completed through the Affordable Warmth Scheme to date.

Answer:

NI Housing Executive has advised that they do not keep a record of the number of borescope inspections completed through the Affordable Warmth Scheme.

The policy in NI Housing Executive is that borescope inspections are carried out unless it is clear that the cavity wall is already filled and there is no evidence of problems within the dwelling that can be attributed to cavity fill.
