To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs whether he will lay in the Assembly Library a copy of all documentation for a proposed Certificate of Lawful Use or Development at Larne Port in connection with his Department’s application to Mid and East Antrim Borough Council, on or about 15 September 2020.

Answer:

The application submitted to Mid and East Antrim Borough Council in respect of Larne Port is not in the public domain. My officials are assessing this request under Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) and will respond in due course.
