To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail on the firms and companies paid a total of £361,000 by his Department in compensation for lack of progress in developing the ports of entry infrastructure.

Answer:

The compensation payments referred to were awarded to John Graham Construction Ltd, Felix O’Hare & Co Ltd & CTS Projects Ltd. The individual amount received by each is deemed commercially sensitive and therefore, I am unable to break this down further.
