Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail the legislation, that falls under his Department’s remit, that will be subject to revocation or reform under the proposed Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill.

Answer:

The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill was laid in Westminster on 22 September 2022. My officials are currently developing a list of Retained EU Law (REUL) captured by the scope of the Bill that fall under my departmental remit. To date approximately 500 pieces of REUL have been identified across roads, transport, railways, water & drainage and planning. Work is ongoing to finalise a comprehensive list.
