To ask the Minister for Communities how many new EU laws, which rest within the competence of her Department, have taken legal effect in Northern Ireland since 1 January 2021, pursuant to Article 13 (4) of the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland.

No new EU laws which are in the competence of my Department have taken legal effect here since 1 January 2021, pursuant to Article 13 (4) of the Protocol on Ireland.
