To ask the Minister of Education how many EU acts, containing provision which rests within devolved competence of her Department, were included in the Annexes to the Northern Ireland Protocol on (i) 1 January 2021; and (ii) 1 September 2022.

No EU acts, containing provision which rests within the devolved competence of my Department were included in the Annexes to the Northern Ireland Protocol on (i) 1 January 2021 and (ii) 1 September 2022.
