Question:
To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs how many EU acts, containing provision which rests within the devolved competence of his Department, were included in the Annexes to the Northern Ireland Protocol on (i) 1 January 2021; and (ii) 1 September 2022.

Answer:

As at January 2021, the number of EU acts, containing provisions which rest within, or potentially impact on, the devolved competence of my Department was 109. None have been added since then.
