To ask the Minister for Infrastructure in relation to the application or renewal of taxi licences to the Driver Vehicle Agency, why (i) medical reports of clear health are being rejected and instead are referred to the private health sector for further examination, causing delay to the issue of the taxi licence and loss of income; and (ii) the applicant has to pay for the additional medical report which states clear health having already paid for the original report that accompanied their application.
