Supreme Court Judgement on Christian Religious Education and Collective Worship
To ask the Minister of Education, in light of the Supreme Court judgment in the matter of an application by JR87 and another for Judicial Review (Appellant), to outline the action he will take to protect the Christian ethos of schools and ensure that every child continues to receive instruction rooted in the Christian faith.
