Question:
To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister why the Executive did not respond to the Treasury's consultation on Air Passenger Duty.

Answer:

As the department with the policy lead on Air Passenger Duty, the Department of Finance and Personnel responded to the consultation, having sought the views of Executive members. We also raised the issue with both the Prime Minister and the Chancellor of the Exchequer at our recent meetings with them.
