To ask the Office of the First Minister and Deputy First Minister what progress it has made in the past four weeks in relation to the appointment of a Victims' Commissioner.

Answer:

We have decided to extend the appointment process and re-advertise the position. We intend to announce the new Commissioner for Victims and Survivors before the end of the year.
