Question:
To ask the Minister of Finance and Personnel to outline what work he will ask his Department to undertake to reduce the cost of division.

Answer:

The nature of the work progressed by my Department is largely in support of the other government departments and as such does not have direct exposure to the policies that cut across the cost of division.

I expect officials in my Department to explore all opportunities to reduce costs to ensure that we continue to deliver quality, cost effective and efficient public services.
