Question:
To ask the Minister for Social Development to detail the number of vacant homes owned by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, or other public sector bodies, that are not currently in a condition suitable for habitation.

Answer:

The Housing Executive has advised that they have 622 vacant properties that are currently not suitable for habitation. There are also 213vacant Housing Association properties that are not suitable for habitation.
