To ask the Minister of Education when he will publish the report on the Independent Review of Home to School Transport.

Answer:

The Independent Review Panel presented its final report to me on 28th August. It contains a considerable number of proposals for change which I now intend to consider before making decisions on the way forward. I will publish the report in due course.
