To ask the Minister of Justice, of the deaths under Coroner’s investigation within the Northern Health and Social Care Trust in the last five years, how many have been referred by the Office of the Attorney General for Northern Ireland.

Answer:

In the five year period up to 30 September 2014, the Office of the Attorney General for Northern Ireland did not refer any cases to the Coroner relating to deaths occurring within the Northern Health and Social Care Trust.
