To ask the Minister for Regional Development for an update on the Enterprise Refurbishment Programme.

Answer:

Work is ongoing to finalise all design areas and advance some outstanding procurement issues. The various work streams within the project are working in a co-ordinated way to deliver the project on time against its original completion date of December 2015.
