To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister for an update on the proposals to extend age discrimination legislation to the provision of goods, facilities and services.

Answer:

Public consultation on policy proposals to extend age discrimination legislation to the provision of goods, facilities and services closed on 8 October 2015. The responses received during the consultation period are currently being analysed.

We will then consider the options available to us for bringing this legislation before the Assembly.
