To ask the Minister of Health, Social Services and Public Safety to detail the number of people who have a long-term, or chronic, condition who are currently enrolled in a specialist chronic condition management programme.

The information requested is not available and could only be provided at disproportionate costs. Information is however available on the number of participants who availed of a patient education / self management programme in 2012/13.

In 2012/13, 11,531 participants availed of a patient education / self management programme.
