Question:
To ask the Minister for Social Development to detail the current level of unoccupied social housing in East Londonderry.

Answer:

The Housing Executive has advised that at 31 December 2014 they had 30 vacant properties in the East Londonderry Parliamentary constituency, which includes properties awaiting imminent relet, difficult to let or undergoing major repairs etc. Housing Associations advise they currently have 37 vacant properties in the East Londonderry Parliamentary constituency, which includes properties awaiting imminent relet, undergoing major repairs or pending appraisal/ consideration of disposal or redevelopment.
