To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister when Northern Ireland will be included as a signatory to the European Convention on Local Self Government.

Answer:

As the ratification of European Charters, including the European Charter on Local Self-Government, is not a devolved matter, this is an issue for the Westminster Government.
