Question:
To ask the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development when EU funding for the Rural Development Programme 2014-2020 was allocated to her Department; and to detail the amount received.

Answer:

The EU funding allocation for the north of Ireland was finally agreed by Defra on 5th November 2014. The EU allocation available to the Rural Development Programme 2014 - 2020 is €228,425,088.

These funds have not yet been received by my Department. They are held by the European Commission and reimbursed following completed approved expenditure.
