Question:
To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister for an update on the process to establish a civic advisory panel, as proposed in the Stormont House Agreement; and whether it is likely to be in place by June 2015.

Answer:

The Stormont House Agreement envisaged that a new engagement model could be achieved by June 2015 through the establishment of a compact civic advisory panel, which would meet regularly to consider key social, cultural and economic matters and to advise the Executive.

The arrangements for taking forward this commitment are currently being considered by Executive party leaders.
