Question:
To ask the Assembly Commission, following investigation, what penalties or sanctions will be placed on parties or Members found to have acted contrary to the agreement signed by all MLA's not to use Parliament Buildings for the purposes of election campaigns.

Answer:

The Assembly Commission will be considering a report on Members’ compliance with guidance on the use of Parliament Buildings during the General Election campaign at its next meeting. I will write to you again following that meeting.
