To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 44623/11-15, when he will submit a business case to the Department of Finance and Personnel for the pay increase.

Answer:

The Department, in consultation with the Education Authority (EA), is currently preparing the composite pay remit business case to comply with the Executive’s Public Sector Pay Policy. Once finalised, it will be submitted to DFP for its consideration in accordance with the policy.
