To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to outline the strategic aims and immediate priorities in the Disability Strategy, as extended to 2017.

Answer:

The Disability Strategy aims to improve the lives of people with disabilities, their families and carers. It also seeks to give people with disabilities the opportunity to participate, contribute and benefit equally from society.
