To ask the Minister of Finance and Personnel to detail the relationship between her Department , Kennedy Recruitment and the business entity trading variously as Zeva/Corvus Contact Ltd/UKPA Ltd.

Answer:

Kennedy Recruitment was awarded a contract by the Department of Finance and Personnel in November 2011 on behalf of all NI Government departments and their sponsored bodies for temporary/short term workers to the NICS. This contract is due to expire on 30 November 2016. The Department has no contracts with Zeva/Corvus Contract Ltd or UKPA Ltd for the provision of temporary workers.
