To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail the intended timeframe for issuing the consultation document for age discrimination legislation on the provision of goods, facilities and services.

Answer:

The consultation on proposals to extend age discrimination legislation was launched on 3 July 2015 and will run for 14 weeks, closing on 8 October 2015.
