Question:
To ask the Minister of Health, Social Services and Public Safety to outline any (i) nursing; (ii) care; and (iii) residential homes that failed to meet the regulations and standards of the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority in (a) the last twelve months; and (b) whether they have been operated privately or by a Health and Social Care Trust.

During 2014-15, RQIA took the following enforcement action:

All of these establishments were operated privately.

There is no separate care home category of registration.
