Question:
To ask the Minister of Finance and Personnel to detail the number of temporary agency workers on Swedish Derogation contracts currently on assignment to her Department who (i) qualify for receipt of in-work tax credits; and (ii) would not qualify for any such tax credits if they were to receive equal pay with permanent colleagues after 12 weeks, in line with Regulation 5 of the Agency Workers Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011.
