Question:
To ask the Minister of Finance and Personnel to detail the legislation her Department intends to bring forward by the end of the current mandate.

Answer:

I intend to bring forward the following legislation before the end of the current Assembly mandate:

Rates (Amendment) Bill;

Multi-Unit Developments Bill; and

Budget Bill 2016.

The Legal Complaints and Regulation Bill was introduced to the Assembly on 8 June 2015 and it is my intention that it completes its passage before the end of the current Assembly mandate.
