To ask the Minister of Enterprise, Trade and Investment what legislation his Department plans to bring forward by the end of the current Assembly mandate.

Answer:

The Department currently has two Bills in the Assembly:

The Insolvency Amendment Bill; and

The Credit Unions and Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Bill.

There are no plans to introduce further Bills in the current mandate.
