Question:
To ask the Minister of Health, Social Services and Public Safety what legislation his Department plans to bring forward by the end of the current Assembly mandate.


Answer:
The Mental Capacity Bill, Food Hygiene Rating Bill, and the Health and Social Care (Control of Data Processing) Bill have already been introduced in the Assembly and are progressing through their various stages.
It is also the intention, subject to the Speaker’s agreement, to introduce the Health and Personal Social Services (Amendment) Bill and, subject to Executive agreement, to introduce the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill.
