Question:
To ask the Minister of Health, Social Services and Public Safety for an update on the proposed changes to the community Meals on Wheels service in the Western Health and Social Care Trust.

Answer:

The Western HSC Trust is in the process of developing new contracting arrangements for its community meals service in consultation with service providers and with clients. The Trust’s Community Meals Steering Group intends to present a new service specification for the provision of a community meals service to the Trust Board for consideration before the end of the year.
