Question:
To ask the Minister of Health, Social Services and Public Safety whether his Department intends to formally mark the European Day on the Protection of Children Against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse.

Answer:

My Department has a significant programme of work ongoing in Northern Ireland relating to Child Sexual Exploitation and that is our priority. Our intention is to host information on the DHSSPS website and to ask the Health and Social Care (HSC) Board and Trusts to also host information on their websites to refer the reader to the Council of Europe dedicated webpage.
