To ask the Minister of Enterprise, Trade and Investment what is the outstanding balance on the £175m loan provided to the Presbyterian Mutual Society in 2011; and whether all payments are up to date as of November 2015.

Answer:

The outstanding balance on the £175million loan provided to the Presbyterian Mutual Society in 2011 is £128.75million. All payments, as agreed with the Department, are up to date as of November 2015.
