To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister when age discrimination legislation will be brought before the Assembly.

Answer:

We are currently finalising the analysis of responses to the consultation and these will be taken into account in developing final policy proposals. We will consider the options available to us for bringing this legislation before the Assembly.
