Question:
To ask the Minister of Education whether there is a minimum pupil threshold for a Jointly Managed School.

Answer:

In a case of an amalgamation between a former controlled and maintained school (s), the new school will not be subject to a minimum enrolment criteria for receipt of recurrent funding. (Para 4.7 DE Circular 2015/15 refers).
