To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs how ministerial time for party business is accounted for on departmentally funded trips.

Answer:

I have not carried out any party business while on departmentally funded trips, nor do I seek opportunities to do so.

If any occasion should occur when party business is performed on such a trip, it would be carried out in my own time.
