To ask the Minister of Education whether he can carry forward any unspent balance from the £50m capital investment from A Fresh Start funding for integrated and Shared Education into the next financial year.

Answer:

It is not normally possible to carry over unspent capital funding into the next financial year. However, in the case of the Fresh Start funding, I have already raised this issue with the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland.
