To ask the Minister for Infrastructure what processes are in place to ensure the speedy release of a Freedom of Information request in circumstances where the absence of clearance from either he or his Special Adviser has taken the request beyond the statutory deadline for response.

There have been no such circumstances and I would refer the Member to my response to Assembly Written Question 5883/16-21.
